The following problem: the WAN service from the SIM of my employer-assigned Huawei B529s router has been on strike for about 1 week.
Since the boss probably leaves me alone with the problem, I have now tried almost everything:
Reset / restart
I called Telekom several times…
I've already had the SIM exchanged twice…
APN on business…
The sim tested on the cell phone…
Driven and tested with the Klumpat for 10 km.
Nevertheless, I only see "Not connected" on the configuration page!
The Telekom and the mobile phone shop only refer me back and forth.
I'm glad that I'm not a private customer there!
I suggest you write to us once so that we can look at it and give advice. From a distance you can't say why. You have already tried a lot.

Hello Deutsche Telekom thank you for your offer of help (the company is a customer of Magenta Austria). It has now turned out that the Internet was turned off due to a bankruptcy ban.
Thanks anyway, I accidentally wrote Telekom instead of T-Mobile.
