Universal smartwatch?

My question is whether there's a smart watch that works for multiple brands? For example, there are Apple Watch or others that only work for Samsung or Huawei. Is there a universal alternative? In the end, it doesn't have to be able to do too much, just simple functions such as pedometers etc.
