Is it worthwhile for Huawei's own operating system to launch?

Huawei is not allowed to work with Google anymore and they have been deprived of the Android license. Now there's the possibility that they are tinkering with an operating system themselves. Would that make any sense because we have now understood Huawei does not even have access to the Playstore and Youtube and Co. Would then even sell a Huawei mobile phone if you can't download apps and you can't use Google that almost everyone relies on?

I do not want to have any secret service in my cell phone whose government keeps people away for their opinion.

At own operating systems for telephones already many failed. Microsoft with Windows Phone, Nokia with WP and Meego, Jolla with Sailfish, Blackberry etc.

The problem was never functionality or stability, which were often miles miles ahead of Android. Cause was always the missing ecosystem, speak the app gap. Google has been able to promote, engage and earn money from app developers.

For the existing Huawei systems, nothing changes for the time being. It's also a better alternative than Google Play F-Droid app-based.

F-Droid also has the advantage of not being spied on.https://f-droid.org/de/
