It depends on what criteria you test.
As far as the technology and camera are concerned, they are sometimes significantly better, but what really matters to me is that Xiaomi in Germany has no support and only gives a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, and only if the cell phone is ordered directly from their shop.
Huawei has service stores in Germany, telephone support and gives a 24-month manufacturer's warranty on all smartphones including the battery.
