Use smartwatch without a cell phone?

I'm trying to get away from my cell phone because the addiction is slowly becoming too much. The idea is to use a smartwatch as an independent cell phone without having to use a cell phone. Do you have any suggestions for a smartwatch?

I currently have a huawei p20 dual sim.

Because with a smartwatch the battery, no matter how expensive, can't keep up with a cell phone. Telephoning would become cramped and you generally can't write a real message on such a display. I would advise against it.

I still want to be reachable somehow via messenger or telephony, so I don't think I can do it without it today
