Smartphone displays 'only emergency calls'? - what to do?

Have a Huawei p8 Lite 2017. For me is in the top corner in the status bar 'only emergency calls'. Of course I've already googled what I can do there. Have tried everything and it still does not work:

-returned cell phone, SIM card password and still entered my pin and then flight mode on, wait and off, did not work

-sim card removed and used again, but there's nothing synonymous

-but my SIM card still reads the device. Otherwise I would not be able to enter a pin when starting the device

- not what I can do yet…

(I'm at home on wlan and therefore Internet is still)

If it's like this today, it's normal, that's just a disruption.

Do you have a prepaid card? This usually means that the sim card has been disabled by the provider, which was then if no credit has been charged for too long.

Have just found that are probably all affected by the use of the O2 and e-plus network

EPlus, O2 and Aldi Talk are currently experiencing a major disruption - wait and drink tea. Or change providers.

Yes I have. But it is at least charged once a month.

At home I only go in via WLAN and sometimes I make mobile data on the way and I get 0.99 euro per day.
