Have about 2 months ago a cell phone on ebay classifieds snatched (huawei p10) brand new and everything in tact unfortunately this phone my brother fell directly in the first week in the water and the touch and the display were out
Directly a few days later, I have given this phone for repair in a specialist workshop and that is already about 9 - 10 weeks and when I call there's always the time we will contact you now is since the last call again 2 and a half Weeks passed
Can I claim damages or how can I get out of this?

Go there and complain to them personally, with a friend's worked it out with a warranty repair and he got the money back.
