There are no official unlock codes for the bootloader. Huawei does not want it anymore and does not provide it anymore.
There's an unofficial possibility that is in no way marketed by Huawei, who offer the codes for money.
If you want to use root or Custom Roms on your device, you need to get another device. Honor is the same, because they belong to Huawei.
