What to choose to start my phone without losing pictures?

My cell phone didn't work all the time, you only saw the huawei logo that was charging for hours. I have now selected 'recovery' from 'fast boot' and 'normal' using keyboard shortcuts, what now?

Wipe data / factory reset.

Reboot to bootloudet.

Reboot means restart. Sounds pretty safe.
